Looking for a Charge Now station?

Charge Now stations are conveniently located in various places throughout Indonesia and the Philippines, such as cafes, bars, restaurants, hotels, airports, casinos, and universities, among others.

To find a Charge Now station, simply use our app, which will guide you to the nearest one. Alternatively, keep an eye out for our Charge Now stickers displayed on the exterior of participating establishments, or you can inquire with the staff if they offer Charge Now services.

How to eliminate your bank card information from the Charge Now app

If you wish to remove your bank card details from the app, please follow these steps:

Access the Charge Now “Wallet” section within the app, locate the card you want to delete, and click on the cross symbol at the top of the card. Finally, select the “Delete” option.

By doing so, your information will be completely removed from our database.

Once a refund has been approved by a member of our support team, you can expect the money to be credited to your account within 2-3 working days.

To add funds to your wallet, simply navigate to My Account (located in the top left corner of the Charge Now app). From there, select ‘My Wallet’ and click on ‘top up’ to deposit money into your account.

At this time, it is not possible to reserve a Charge Now battery.

Absolutely! You are allowed to bring a Charge Now battery with you when traveling abroad. However, it is important to inform us via e-mail and phone call to avoid any potential penalties.

If you find that a station is empty, you can use the Charge Now app to locate the nearest charging station where you can borrow a battery.

In the event that the station you intended to return your battery to is full, please refer to the Charge Now app to find the closest charging station where you can safely return your battery.

If you encounter difficulties in releasing a battery from a station, please don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We will gladly guide you through the installation process and work towards resolving the issue for you.

To report a faulty battery, you can either use the app or get in touch with our support team.

When will I be charged for using a Charge Now battery?

Your payment method will be charged daily for the duration of your Charge Now battery rental.

If you have not received a verification code for the app, please ensure that you have a signal on your phone. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, double-check that you have entered your mobile number correctly. If the problem persists, please reach out to our support team for assistance in setting up your account.

If a battery is rented that is not fully charged, please reach out to our support team through the in-app chat for assistance. The Charge Now station ensures that batteries are released with at least 70% charge.

Once you rent a battery, the app will display the duration you have had it for and the corresponding cost as it accumulates.

Currently, it is not possible to rent a power bank for someone else. However, we are planning to introduce this feature in a future update.

At the moment, you can only rent one Charge Now battery at a time. We are working on an update that will allow multiple rentals and the option to rent a battery for a friend.

In case there is no cable available, kindly return the battery and notify us through email. You will not incur any charges for the battery. Afterwards, you may proceed to rent another battery.

The Charge Now batteries are only splash-proof and not completely waterproof. If your Charge Now  battery accidentally falls into water, please contact support immediately.

Our Charge Now batteries are equipped with quick-charge technology, allowing most phones to be fully charged in just over an hour. The exact charging time may vary depending on the phone model.

Yes, the Charge Now battery can charge any device that uses Lightning (iPhone, iPad, iPod), Micro USB (Android Phones, Cameras, GoPro, Wireless Headphones, etc.), or USB-C (Newer Android Phones) cables.

A Charge Now battery has a capacity of 5000mAh, which should provide up to 2 full charges for your phone, depending on the model.

If there are no batteries available at the Charge Now station, you can locate the nearest station using the app. There are typically several stations within easy walking distance from each other.

What if I am unable to return a battery?

To ensure a secure return, firmly press down on the top of the battery until it locks in place. Once you hear a confirmation voice, click on the “return” button in the app and scan the station. If the battery locks in but fails to return properly, please contact our support team for assistance.

The Charge Now battery is not charging my phone, what should I do?

Please ensure that the cable is firmly inserted on the opposite side of the plug you are using. If the issue persists, please contact our support team via the provided phone number.

What are the consequences of not returning a Charge Now battery?

If you fail to return a Charge Now battery, you will be charged a daily rental fee until 48 hours (2 days) have passed. After this period, the deposit will be deducted, and the battery will be considered sold, becoming your property.

How much does it cost to rent a Power PAL battery?

Renting a Charge Now battery costs US$1.50 per 60 minutes. This pricing structure continues for a maximum of 2 days, after which a lost battery penalty of $20.00 will be applied.

How do I use a Charge Now battery?

The Charge Now battery functions similarly to traditional battery power banks. Simply use the provided cables attached to the battery. For iPhone, USB-C, and Micro USB devices, disconnect the cable and plug it into your phone.

How can I rent a Charge Now battery?

To rent a Charge Now battery, you need to download the Charge Now app from either the App Store or Google Play Store. After creating an account on the app, locate a Charge Now station and scan the QR code on the side of the station. This will release a battery for your use.
